Marc Henrion’s promotional

During the most recent promotion process at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM), Marc was promoted from Senior Lecturer to Reader, with the new title beginning February 1, 2025. Reader is an academic rank in the UK higher education system, equivalent to Associate Professor.

While under contract with LSTM, he is based full-time in Malawi at the Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Research Programme (MLW) in Blantyre. At MLW, he runs the Statistical Support Unit and currently serves as the Training Run. His research interests include flexible regression modelling and approaches for diagnostic accuracy studies.
